Homebuyer Report

This report will help you to make a more informed decision about a property than the Standard Valuation.

Designed for conventional residential properties that appear to be in reasonable condition and have not had significant alterations since being built, this report comes in a set format, is around 10 pages long, and is more detailed than the Standard Valuation.

The report focuses on matters which the Surveyor considers to be significant or urgent and in need of evaluation or action before contracts are exchanged.
