Standard Valuation

This is a basic report which lender organisations request to ensure that a property provides enough security against which they are prepared to offer a mortgage.

It includes basic property details, a valuation figure and an estimate of re-building costs for insurance purposes.

However these details are based upon a limited inspection of the property rather than a survey. When making a decision on whether or not to buy a property, you should not rely purely on this type of report.
