Fees due on application.

Before any application can be processed you must be aged 18, or over and have viewed the property through Boultons Estate Agents. Rental of any property is on a first come first served basis and subject to the landlord’s discretion. A non-refundable application fee of £115.00 for a single tenant is required and £70.00 for each tenant, aged 18 or over, thereafter. In the event of a guarantor being required there is an additional charge of £70.00. Credit check To apply for a rental property each applicant will be required to submit a completed application form with the required fee to Boultons Harrisons Estate Agents office. As part of the application process we will require each applicant to pass a credit check.
